This technique is designed to help tops and bottoms practice dominance/submission in one of its most basic forms: pressure/accommodation. Tops will practice exerting non-verbal control over their bottoms by gently manipulating their body in a way that creates a small pressure that the bottom must accommodate by position themselves in a way that relieves that pressure. Bottoms will practice mindful, present submission. They will practice existing in the moment, being aware of their bodies, and following the lead of their top by accommodating but not anticipating.
