Reservations
To book a room, you
must call the hotel at
603-627-2525 then press 1 to make a reservation, and give them the code "kinkycon".
These rates are good for the nights of November 12th through November 18th. If you wish to stay longer then you need to have the front desk transfer you to the Sales Department at the hotel and book your stay through them.
The Hotel will charge your card 45 days prior to the event, at which time you will be locked into your room reservation.
The reason for this is we are doing a hotel take over for this event, so we need to make sure that last minute cancelations do not keep us from being able to do so
